The reason for the demagnetization of the inner and outer magnetic rotors of the magnetic pump: the direct cause of the demagnetization is that the temperature is too high and the pump is running dry. There are many reasons for the high temperature. In the operation, the flow rate is too small for a long time or the outlet valve is closed for a long time, which will cause the temperature of the medium in the pump to rise, the bearing of the pump will also become worse, and the temperature will be higher. The bushing will also be damaged over time.
Other reasons for degaussing
1. The sundries will block the inner cooling/smooth pipes, which will cause the temperature of the inner and outer magnetic cylinders to rise rapidly, and there is a possibility of demagnetization;
2. If you do not pay attention to cleaning during maintenance, the iron filings are adsorbed on the inner magnet to form a barrier sleeve and wear through;
3. The axial gap between the inner rotor and the blocking sleeve is too small, resulting in conflict and loss of magnetism.
4. The thrust bearing is worn, causing the inner rotor to conflict with the blocking sleeve

The magnetic pump cannot work for a long time under certain working conditions, such as pumping, cavitation, high temperature, etc. Therefore, customers need to pay attention to prevent the pump from idling and the temperature is too high.
