1. Insufficient traffic
Reason: The power speed is not matched or the belt slips, which makes the speed of pumps low; the installation angle of the axial flow pump blade is too small; the lift is insufficient, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline is straight; high suction lift; partial blockage of bottom valve, pipeline and impeller or impeller defect; serious leakage of water outlet pipe.
Remedy: restore the rated speed, remove the belt grease, adjust the belt tightness; adjust the blade angle, reduce the installation position of the water pumps, shorten the pipeline or change the curvature of the pipeline; seal the leaking part of the water pumps, press the packing; remove the blockage replace the impeller; replace the leakage reducing ring to block the leakage.
2. Can't absorb water
Reason: There is air in the pump body or gas accumulation in the water inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the irrigation water is not satisfied, the vacuum pumps packing is seriously leaking.
Remedy: first press the water up, then fill the pump body with water, and then start the machine. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight, and whether there is air leakage in the pipeline and joints. If air leakage is found, apply lubricating oil or blending paint to the joints after disassembly, and tighten the screws. Check the oil seal ring of the water pump shaft, if the wear is serious, replace it with a new one. Water or air leaks in the pipeline. It is possible that the nut was not tightened tightly during installation. If the leakage is not serious, you can apply cement or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil in the place of air leakage or water leakage. Temporary repairs can be done with some damp mud or soft soap. If there is water leakage at the joint, you can use a wrench to tighten the nut. If the water leakage is serious, it must be disassembled and replaced, and the cracked pipe must be replaced; reduce the lift and press the nozzle of the pumps into the water for 0.5m.
3. Vibration
Reasons: The electric rotor is unbalanced; the coupling is poorly combined; the bearing is worn and bent; the parts of the rotating part are loose and broken; the pipeline support is not strong, etc.
Remedy: take adjustment, repair, reinforcement, straightening, replacement and other methods to deal with them.
